How to Login –
Step-1 – Visit the First Commonwealth Bank Website where will find login box on the right side under the title menu on the homepage. Alternatively, you can click on My Accounts Login and chose Online Banking from the options. Enter your ‘Online Booking Id’.
Step-2 – Verify your personal image that appears and enter your Online Banking Password in the field. Click on Submit.
Forgot password – Click on to ‘Forgot your Password’ link right below the password field on the same page as Step 2 above. You will be directed to a new page to reset your Password. Enter your details such as Online Banking ID, email address on file and an email subject (to prevent phishing mails). Click on Continue. Alternatively contact the customer service department (1-800-711-BANK (2265)) and inform a bank associate about your problem.
How to Enroll –
Step-1 – Locate the link Enroll in Online Banking right below the Login ID field in the Login Box on the home page.
Step-2 – Read the instructions on the page that follows and click on ‘I Agree‘ to accept the agreement. Begin your enrollment process by filling out your SSN, Account Number, and email ID. Click on Continue and follow the instructions on step 2.
