How to Login:
Step 1 – Go to Genisys Credit Union Website and click on login button located in the top right corner of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your Username and click on Sign In. This would be generally different from your member number unless you have used the old Online Banking system and it is your first time sign in.
Step 2 – Verify your security phrase and picture and enter your Password. Click on Next. You would be required to answer a security question on the next page.
Forgot Password:- In case you Forgot your Password, click on ‘Forgot Password?’. You will be redirected to the procedure to Reset your password. Fill all the required columns as shown below. Click on Start. A passcode verification will take place before you can enter a new password. Alternatively contact the customer service department (248-322-9800 or toll-free at 800-521-8440) and speak to a bank associate.
How to Enroll:
Step-1:- On the login screen, click on Register next to the Sign In link on the bottom menu. You will reach Step 1 of a 7 step process to Register for Online Banking. Enter you basic details and click on Start.
In the following screens, you would be able to setup your Username, Password, Security Questions, Security Phrase/Picture.
